Abstract

INTRODUCTION: The aim of the study is to evaluate the level of satisfaction and the clinical learning experience of third year students in nursing in the Reanimation departments of the University of Cagliari.

METHOD: The multicentric cross-sectional study was conducted at the University of Cagliari. 98 students from the University of Cagliari were involved in the Italian version of the "Clinical Learning Enviroment, Supervision and Plus Nurse teacher" questionnaire (CLES + T) at the end of the experience in resuscitation departments.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Cronbach's alpha 0.98 established the consistency of the instrument. Through the ANOVA test the significant differences between one place and another of training were highlighted.

CONCLUSIONS: The study showed a general satisfaction with the traineeship experience with numerous differences between the internships. The CLES + T tool has proven to be consistent and can be used to measure the quality of clinical training environments.
