Abstract
In this emergency situation, the doctor-patient relationship requires a reflection, as well as that between all the patients and the Covid patients.
A new problem is emerging critically: patients suffer from contact, relationship and the need for dialogue, even in the most institutions compromised, healers under heavy workload does not have the skills, resources, or even the time to respond to these needs.
Those who work with these patients can also become patients.
They are unable to respond adequately to all needs and are often under pressure because they are called to “tragic choices”.
