Cure interactions at the hospital will make us better treat our patients?

Abstract
In order to manage the risks deriving from the use of incorrect or misleading health information in hospitals, interactions should be taken care of, as well as our patients. The interactions between the various components of the system establish exchanges, participation; in particular those between the double liveware components (health professional and patient) are to be taken into consideration not only because of ethical duty but also for guaranteeing the personalization of the cures and promoting the knowledge management. Initiative oriented towards informing and communicate adequately lead to safer healthcare and quality performances, through the development of system reliability and constant self-assessment of health personnel.
