Abstract

Red, orange, green and yellow: these are the typical colors of this season. Among the leaves of the trees that fall and slowly wither, the colors of the autumn fruits stand out. But what fruit and vegetables do you eat in autumn?

In this article, in addition to remembering the correct seasonality of fruit and vegetables, we review, in particular, pomegranates, chestnuts, walnuts, persimmons, oranges, mandarins and grapes.

In conclusion, every day an adult should consume 250-300 g of fruit and 300-400 g of vegetables and greens.

The recommended quota is slightly lower in developmental age.

In fact, these quantities are not reached and the consumption trend is not positive.

Together with poor milk consumption, these are the main dietary errors.
