News in the national collective agreement for general medicine

Abstract

In the changing socio-demographic and epidemiological context, in the aging of the population, in technological and diagnostic innovation, the new National Collective Agreement ACN integrates the fiduciary role of the General Practitioner in the new territorial healthcare, in the economic-financial balance of the system.
It introduces innovations improving management of assistance, telemedicine approach, a better system to control chronicity through initiative medicine, in respect of parenthood.
A new role is growing to strenghten feminization of the medical profession, making it more attractive for young doctors who desire to choose their future profession.
